​​My journey as a coach began in the Netherlands, where I had the privilege of working with some of the country’s most respected soccer institutions, including AFC Ajax, FC Volendam, and AFC Amsterdam.

 

These experiences taught me to coach with patience, connect with players, and create a supportive space where they feel valued and motivated to grow.

 

But my love for coaching didn’t stop at the Dutch border. Over the years, I’ve coached in the United States, Canada, Cayman Islands, Portugal and Spain gaining a deeper appreciation for the game’s global reach and its impact on society. Whether in top academies or emerging programs, players shared the same drive—to learn, grow, and feel heard.

This coaching journey took me to Catalunya, the global heart of soccer. While walking through the streets of Barcelona, a question sparked the idea: What if every player, anywhere in the world, had access to professional coaching? That’s how GIKA10 was born.

A learning platform where players connect with professional coaches for data-driven insights, video analysis, and one-on-one mentorship to players all around the world. ​​Because if talent is everywhere, the learning opportunities should be too.

This is our legacy. The lasting impact is what we leave behind. It's a marathon, not a sprint. And the marathon always continues.
