My journey as a coach began in the Netherlands, where I had the privilege of working with some of the country’s most respected soccer institutions, including AFC Ajax, FC Volendam, and AFC Amsterdam.
 

These experiences taught me to coach with patience, connect with players, and create a supportive environment where they feel valued, challenged, and motivated to grow.
 

But my passion for coaching didn’t stop at the Dutch border. Over the years, I’ve coached in the United States, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Portugal, and Spain, gaining a deeper appreciation for the game’s global reach and its ability to bring people together. Whether working in professional academies or emerging programs, I found that players everywhere share the same desire—to learn, improve, and be understood.
 

Through these experiences, one question kept coming back to me:

What if every player, regardless of location, had access to professional coaching and personalized development support?
 

That question became the foundation of GIKA10.

Because if talent is everywhere, learning opportunities should be too.

This is our legacy. The lasting impact we leave behind through the players we help, the confidence we build, and the growth we inspire. Football development is not a sprint. It’s a marathon. And the marathon always continues.
