FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Am I tied to a long-term commitment or monthly subscription?
No. There is no long-term commitment or mandatory subscription. Families can engage flexibly based on their needs, schedule, and goals.
How often do players do video sessions?
Most players start with 1–2 sessions per month, depending on their schedule and goals. Frequency can always be adjusted over time.
What happens after I get started?
We begin with a short, online call with the player and parent(s) to understand goals and answer questions — no evaluation and no footage needed. If it’s a good fit, you send us the game link, we upload the game and have everything ready within 24 hours, your child meets 1:1 with a coach online to review and learn. If you choose to continue, sessions remain fully flexible based on your needs.
Will this conflict with my child’s club training?
No. Our role is to support and complement club training, not replace it. When appropriate — and always with parent and player consent — we are happy to communicate with club coaches to ensure alignment.
Is this only for elite players?
No. We work with motivated players of all levels and ages. All feedback, development plans, and training tasks are adapted to the player’s stage of development.
Who will be working with my child? Can parents be involved?
Your child works directly with qualified coaches experienced in player development and video analysis. For all 1:1 sessions, you will always know exactly who your child’s coach is. Parents are welcome to attend sessions if they wish, and after each session families receive a full meeting summary and transcript for complete transparency.
How do I pay?
Payments are made securely online. Families receive an invoice with a simple payment link through our trusted payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards, making payment quick and straightforward.
Do you offer refunds?
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable, as time and preparation are dedicated specifically to each player. If a family chooses to upload a match for video analysis without a 1:1 coaching session, this is offered as a single-upload service for a flat fee of $35 USD. This fee covers the analysis and delivery of feedback and is non-refundable once completed. We encourage families to start with a single session or upload to ensure the service is the right fit.
How are the video's and data kept private?
All player videos, reports, and performance data are stored securely and are accessible only to the player and the assigned coach. Player footage is never shared without explicit consent.
What if this isn’t a good fit for my child?
We encourage families to start with a single game review or session. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, there is no obligation to continue.
Do you offer professional or college trials?
We do not sell or guarantee professional or college trials. Where appropriate, we may support players in preparing for and accessing exposure opportunities, including contact with collegiate, amateur, or professional clubs in the USA and Europe.
This support is offered on a complimentary basis and is based on an established professional network. A fee is only requested if a club itself charges for participation. All opportunities are context-dependent and never guaranteed.
Where is GIKA10 registered as a business?
