  • Video Footage (e.g. training and match clips): retained until offboarding is complete, plus an additional 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted 

  • Analytics Data (e.g. site usage, session logs): retained for 12 months to improve our platform and services
     

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized per GDPR Article 17 (“Right to Erasure”).

7. International Data Transfers

If you are located in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to the United States. In such cases, we use one or more of the following safeguards:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
