Individual Development Within the Team Context

Every player is different in goals, level, age and development phase. That’s why the coaching is always individual, while respecting the demands of the team environment.

The focus is on:

  • Game understanding and decision-making in real match situations

  • Position-specific actions and movement

  • Feedback you can apply immediately on the pitch

  • Every game upload includes a structured data report, providing objective reference points alongside detailed feedback

  • Progress is tracked consistently over time, not based on isolated observations

  • Long-term development and personal connection

It’s about turning feedback into clear actions that fit your game, within a safe and challenging learning environment that supports ambition and progression to higher levels.

What Players Experience

  • Clear direction and guidance in what to improve and why

  • Achievable, measurable improvement reflected in real game situations

  • Structured feedback without pressure

  • A coach who is accessible, responsive, and honest throughout the process

Progress shows in communication, decision-making, and execution under match conditions, leading to increased confidence, development, and overall enjoyment of the game.

How WE START

1. Intro Conversation

Every journey with GIKA10 starts with a short online call (Google Meet or Zoom) with the player and parent(s). This is not an evaluation, but a chance to understand the player’s situation, goals, and environment, answer questions, and see if this coaching approach is the right fit. No match footage is required.

Once we’re aligned, we guide you through the preparation process so your first coaching session is focused, purposeful, and valuable.

2. First Coaching Session

  • Send your match footage

  • We analyze everything within 24 hours

  • Join a 1:1 online video call

  • Receive personalized feedback

You experience the coaching, communication, and analytical approach firsthand.

3. Flexible Continuation
If it’s the right fit, we continue at a frequency that supports development and progression.
